Caesar Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Juice from 1 lemon, strained

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Croutons:

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 loaf day-old French bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the oil and butter in skillet on medium heat and stir in the garlic powder. Add bread cubes and mix them around in the garlic butter until well coated. Transfer bread cubes to a cookie sheet and place in the oven and bake until golden brown and crunchy.
